DAY 1

Tarangire National Park (The elephants Hub)

After breakfast, we’ll pick you up from your hotel and introduce you to your guide and fellow travelers. Then, you’ll set off on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, a hidden gem known for its sweeping landscapes, ancient baobab trees, and Tanzania’s largest population of elephants. During your game drive, you’ll witness majestic elephant herds and a rich array of wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, antelopes, and countless bird species. You’ll explore areas where predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs have recently been seen.

Midday, you’ll pause for a picnic lunch surrounded by the sounds of nature. After a short rest, the afternoon game drive continues through Tarangire’s rugged terrain, offering more chances to spot wildlife.

DAY 2

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you’ll depart from Mto wa Mbu and travel through the stunning Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you’ll pause at the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint for about 20 minutes to take in the breathtaking panorama of this world-renowned natural wonder.

As you continue, watch the landscape transform from the highlands into the endless plains of the Serengeti, offering glimpses of wildlife even before entering the park. Upon arrival in the Serengeti, you’ll embark on your first game drive in the Seronera region, the heart of the park and known for its rich concentration of wildlife.

You’ll enjoy the golden glow of the African sunset as you witness animals in their natural habitat. With a bit of luck, you may even encounter a predator on the hunt or feeding on a recent kill, an unforgettable moment in the wild.

As evening falls, you’ll head to your tented camp, where a hearty dinner and a night under the stars await, surrounded by the distant sounds of the savannah.

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, you will descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s largest volcanic calderas and a unique natural wonder. The crater’s vast, enclosed floor is a rich ecosystem supporting an incredible variety of wildlife. Our goal is to spot the elusive black rhino, one of the rarest animals here, challenging to find due to the crater’s dense vegetation and flat terrain.

Ngorongoro Crater’s uniqueness lies in its self-contained ecosystem, with high concentrations of wildlife living in harmony inside this ancient volcanic caldera. It’s a true sanctuary of nature, offering unforgettable encounters in a spectacular setting.

Lake Manyara National Park - The home of Tree-climbing Lions

After breakfast, you’ll embark on an exciting game drive at Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its spectacular flamingo flocks that grace the shimmering lake waters. This unique park is also famous for its rare tree-climbing lions, a truly unforgettable sight if you’re lucky enough to spot them.

You’ll explore the park’s diverse birdlife with ample opportunities to observe vibrant species up close. You’ll visit the serene hippo pool to witness these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat, and soak in the therapeutic hot springs nearby.

Materuni Waterfalls & Coffee Making Tour

After breakfast, you’ll set off on a scenic 40-minute walk to the Materuni Waterfalls. Along the way, your guide will share fascinating stories about the Chagga people’s culture and village life, pointing out the unique plants and animals in the lush surroundings.

You’ll enjoy views, and with some luck, glimpse the summit of Kilimanjaro, marvel at water cascading over 80 meters into a crystal-clear pool perfect for a refreshing swim, so don’t forget your swimwear!

After soaking in the beauty, you’ll return to Materuni village for a traditional Chagga lunch and the chance to taste local banana beer, definitely not to be missed!

Your coffee tour concludes with lively Chagga songs and dances. Before you leave, you’ll savor the coffee you helped make while enjoying views of the rainforest, an unforgettable cultural experience.

Later on, we will drop you off at Kilimanjaro Airport or Arusha Airport, where your tour will come to an end.
